On the 15th July 2026, the ERMN organised its third webinar titled “Financing the Right to Move: Sustainable Funding for Rural Mobility”. It was attended by 70 participants among local authorities, European Institutions, key transport stakeholders, and research organisations across Europe.
The webinar focused on how to sustainably finance mobility solutions that ensure accessibility and quality of life for rural residents. During the session, participants explored three practical case studies from Czechia, Portugal, and Greece, which shared real-world experiences in how mobility services were funded and financed. The event also included a panel discussion with experts from Ireland, Germany, Portugal, Greece, and Czechia.
